chaat masalha aik chaye ka chamach

Baked Cigar Roll Banane Ka Tareeka:

Tarkeeb:

aik pen mein tail garam karkay is mein pyaaz ko fry karlen yahan tak ke pyaaz ki rangat halki gulaabii ho jaye .

phir shamla mirch daal kar chand minute fry karkay is mein lahsun daal kar sotay karlen .

ab chicken shaamil karkay paknay den yahan tak ke is ka rang tabdeel hojaye .

phir aalo, gaajar, timatar aur hari mirch daal kar achi terhan mix karen .

phir namak, laal mirch powder, chaat masalha aur zeera powder daal den .

ab thora sa pani shaamil karen usay dhaanp kar halki aanch par paknay den yahan tak ke chicken naram hojaye aur Gul jaye .

Soya Sauce aur lemoo ka ras shaamil karkay mix karen aur cholhe se htakr aik taraf rakh den .

double roti ke kinare hata den aur bilne ki madad se usay bail kar patla karlen .

phir is ke aik taraf chicken mixcher rakhen aur doosri taraf se ahthyat ke sath rule kar den aur pani ki madad se kinaroon ko band kar dein .

ab un rules ko pehlay se chikni ki hui backing tre par rakh kar 180 snti grade par back karlen yahan tak ke khasta aur soonahre ho jayen .

ketchap ya chali garlic saas ke sath saro karen .

note : agar aap ke paas oven nahi hai to aap tawa par dono taraf se halki aanch par toast karlen .
