Soya Sauce do khanay ke chamach ( soy sauce 2 tbsp )
kaali mirch aadha chaye ka chamach ( KATI hui ) ( black pepper ½ tsp crushed )
corn flour paanch khanay ke chamach ( pani mein ghulla sun-hwa ) ( corn flour 5? tbsp dissolved in water )
pyaaz teen Adad ( onion 3 )
tiloN ka tail teen khanay ke chamach ( sesame seed oil 3 tbsp )
namak hsbِ zayega ( salt to taste )
tail teen khanay ke chamach ( oil 3 tbsp )

maiday mein backing powder ( baking powder ), namak aur sirka mila ( mix ) kar name garam pani se naram aatta goondh ( knead ) len .

aattay ko plastic ( plastic ) mein lapait kar do ghanton ke liye rakh den .

stammer ( steamer ) mein pani bharain aur ban ko stammer ( steamer ) mein pchs minute ke liye rakh kar nikalen aur garma garam paish ( serve ) karen .
