namak hasb zayega
saabit laal mirch aath se das Adad

loung do se teen Adad
daar cheeni ke tukre do Adad

pehlay aik bartan mein daalon ko pani mein bheego den .

phir bartan mein daal, pani, timatar, pissi laal mirch, haldi aur lahsun adrak ka paste daal kar achi terhan bhuvan len .

phir is ko halka sa Blinder kar len .

phir is mein namak daal kar Pakle  .

ab is ko dish out kar len .

phir aik pain mein tail, saabit laal mirch, zeera, safaid zeera, loung, daar cheeni, hari mirch, taiz pattay aur lahsun daal kar bighar ke liye pakka len .

ab is ko dish ke oopar daal kar saro karen .
