Ajzaa:

murghi ke seenay aadha klov ( chokor kaat len ) ( chicken breasts ½ kg cubed )
shimla mirch do Adad ( chokor kaat len ) ( capsicums 2 cubed )
khanbinye chay Adad ( mushrooms 6 )
tayyar Paratha chay Adad ( parathay 6 )
kaali mirch aik chaay ka chamach ( pissi hui ) ( black pepper powder 1 tsp )
lahsun do chaay ke chamach ( chop kya sun-hwa ) ( garlic 2 tsp chopped )
thauim aadha chaay ka chamach ( thyme ½ tsp )
tomato paste do khanay ke chamach ( tomato paste 2 tbsp )
mstrd paste do khanay ke chamach ( mustard paste 2 tbsp )
taaza kareem aik piyali ( fresh cream 1 cup )
lemoo ka ras chaar khanay ke chamach ( lemon juice 4 tbsp )
namak aadha chaay ka chamach ( salt ½ tsp )
Zaitoon ka tail chaar khanay ke chamach ( olive oil 4 tbsp )
chatni bananay ke liye :
hari mirch chaar Adad ( green chillies 4 )
tِl aadhi piyali ( sesame seeds ½ cup )
imli ka Goda aadhi piyali ( tamarind pulp ½ cup )
saabit safaid zeera aik chaay ka chamach ( whole white cumin seeds 1 tsp )
namak aadha chaay ka chamach ( salt ½ tsp )
haldi aadha chaay ka chamach ( pissi hui ) ( turmeric powder ½ tsp )
hara dhaniya do khanay ke chamach ( coriander leaves 2 tbsp )

aik pyaale mein murghi par kaali mirch, namak, tomato paste ( tomato paste ), mstrd paste ( mustard paste ), thauim ( thyme ), lahsun, do khanay ke chamach kareem ( cream ) aur lemoo ka ras laga kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh den .

chay shashilk sticke ( shashlik sticks ) par murghi ke tukre, shimla mirch aur khumbi lagayen .

girl pen ( grill pan ) ko garam karen, is par tail dalain aur sticke ( sticks ) ko is par dono taraf se girl ( grill ) karlen .

blind ( blender ) mein chatni ke tamam ajzaa ( ingredients ) daal kar yakjaan karlen .

parathon par pehlay sheesh tawik ( sheesh touk ) kabaab rakhen aur shshatak sticks( shashlik sticks ) nikaal den, un ke ooper chatni aur baqi kareem ( cream ) daal kar Paratha ko lapait len aur paish karen .
