ghee 3 khanay ke chamach
namak 2 chaey ke chamach
name garam Milk  gondhanay ke liye
sodda 1 chaey ka chamach
tِl hasbey zaroorat

pyaale mein medah, sodda aur ghee ke sath namak daal kar name garam doodh se goondh len .

ab do ghantay ke liye usay chore den .

uskay baad nan ki shakal mein bail len aur halka sa doodh laga kar tall chhrhkin .

oven mein 200 degree par back karen aur tayyar honay par nikaal len .
