daalcha masalha ke liye : tail garam karkay saabit laal mirch, saabit safaid zeera aur saabit dhaniya fry karen aur nikaal kar Grand kar len .
daalcha ke liye : moong ki daal, masoor ki daal, tor ki daal aur chuney ki daal ko haldi aur chaar se paanch cupp pani ke sath ubaal len, yahan taq ke woh Gul jayen .
ab unhein nikaal kar thanda karen aur Blind kar len .
phir tail garam karkay is mein kari pattay aur pyaaz shaamil karkay fry karen, yahan taq ke light brown ho jaye .
ab is mein adrak lahsun ka paste, pissa sun-hwa masalha, kaddu, namak aur pissi laal mirch daal kar achi terhan fry karlen .
phir chay cupp pani shaamil karkay dahnki aur kaddu galnay taq pakayen .
