aik piyalay mein medah, namak, cheeni, anda, tail aur khameer daal kar mix karen .

ab usay hasb zaroorat name garam pani ke sath goondh len .

phir usay phoolnay ke liye dhak kar aik ghantay ke liye chore den .

( filling ke liye )

tail garam kar ke bareek kati pyaaz fry karen .

phir is mein qeema aur adrak lahsun ka paste daal kar paanch minute bhon len .

ab is mein namak, pissi laal mirch, garam masalha aur kaali mirch shaamil karen aur dhak kar qeema Gul jaaney tak pakayen .

phir qeemay ko thanda karen .

is mein kati hari mirch, bareek kati hari pyaaz aur kata hara dhaniya daal kar mix karen .

ab do ko bail kar gole kattar se tukron mein kaat len .

har tukre par aik chamcha bhar ke qeemay ka amezah dalain .

ab gole tukre ke aik siray ko utha kar dosray siray par rakhen .

kinaroon ko achi terhan daba kar sale kar den .

phir unhein grace ki hui backing tray mein rakh kar aik ghantay tak phoolnay den .
