Roasted Chicken Paratha Roll
Ajzaa:
chicken bon lais aadha klov ( chicken boneless ½ kg )
podina aadhi Gahthi ( bareek kata sun-hwa ) ( mint ½ bunch finely cut )
pyaaz do Adad ( bareek kati hui ) ( onion 2 finely cut )
lemoo teen Adad ( lemon 3 )
hari mirch chay Adad ( green chillies 6 )
kaali mirch aik chaaye ka chamach ( kati hui ) ( black pepper 1 tsp chopped )
laal mirch aik khanay ka chamach ( pissi hui ) ( red chilli powder 1 tbsp )
adrak aur lahsun ka paste aik khanay ka chamach ( ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp )
safaid zeera aadha khanay ka chamach ( bhana aur pissa sun-hwa ) ( cumin seed ½ tsp roasted and grinded )
tail do khanay ke chamach ( oil 2 tbsp )
namak hsbِ zayega ( salt to taste )
parathon ke liye :
medah do piyali ( white flour 2 cup )
aatta aik piyali ( flour 1 cup )
tail aadhi piyali ( oil ½ cup )
namak hsbِ zayega ( salt to taste )
imli ki chatni ke liye :
imli ka gaarha ras aik piyali ( tamarind pulp 1 cup )
pissi hui sonth aik khanay ka chamach ( dry ginger 1 tbsp )
safaid zeera aik khanay ka chamach ( bhana aur pissa sun-hwa ) ( cumin seed 1 tbsp roasted and grinded )
KATI laal mirch aik khanay ka chamach ( red chilli powder 1 tbsp )

Roasted Chicken Paratha Roll Banane ka Tareeka:
Tarkeeb:
chicken ke liye : aik karahi mein tail garam ( heat ) karkay chicken ( chicken ), namak, adrak aur lahsun ka paste daal kar pani khushk ( dry ) honay den .
jab pani khushk ho jaye to is mein laal mirch pissi hui, safaid zeera, teen Adad lemoo ka ras, KATI kaali mirch, hari mirch aur podina shaamil karkay halka sa bhoonen ( roast ) aur utarr len .
parathon ke liye : ab aatta aur medah, tail aur hsbِ zayega namak mila kar ( mix ) goondh len .
phir aik aik peira banakar bail len aur tail laga kar Paratha ka peira banayen .
ab usay dobarah bail kar garam kiye hue taway par dalain aur dono taraf se seenke kar tail laga den .
jab woh golden brown ( golden brown ) ho jaye to utarr len .
phir Paratha ke darmain mein chicken ( chicken ) rakhen phir imli ki chatni dalain aur thori pyaaz daal kar rule ( roll ) banayen .
isi terhan tamam rule tayyar karlen. mazay daar roasted chicken paratha rule ( roasted chicken paratha roll ) tayyar hain .
imli ki chatni ke liye : imli ka gaarha ras ( thick juice ) chhaan kar is mein pissi hui sonth, bhana aur pissa safaid zeera aur KATI laal mirch shaamil karkay chand minute pakka ( cook for few minutes ) len .
