khara garam masalha hasb zaroorat
namak hasb zayega

lahsun ke juye aath se das Adad

pehlay chuney ki daal, moong ki daal, msor ki daal, maash ki daal aur khari msor ki daal ko pani mein bigho den .

ab pain mein pyaaz ko ghee mein pakne .

jab woh naram ho jaye to tamam dalain, hari mirch, haldi powder, kati laal mirch, khara garam masalha aur namak shaamil karkay bhon len .

phir thora pani shaamil karkay dam par halki aanch par bees se pachees minute paknay den .

tarka ke liye : aik pateeli mein tail garam karkay is mein lehsan  ke juye, kari pattay aur saabit zeera ko bhon len .

jab dalain naram ho jayen aur pani khushk ho jaye to tarka mixture daal den .

panj mil daal tayyar hai .
