pehlay lobia ko teen se chaar ghantay bheego den .

phir is ko pandrah se bees minute ke liye boil kar len .

aik pen mein tail daal kar pyaaz aur garam masalhay ko fry kar len .

phir is mein daar cheeni, loving, saabit kaali, choti alaichi, lahsun adrak ka paste, zeera, dhaniya, haldi, namak, laal mirch aur gaaye ka qeema daal kar is ko fry karlen, taakay is ka pani khushk ho jaye .

phir is mein timatar aur dahi daal kar sotay kar len .

jab timatar ka pani khushk ho jaye to is mein pani daal kar Pakale  .

phir jab timatar Gul jaye to is mein lobia daal den .

phir is mein adrak, hari mirch, hara dhaniya aur garam masalha powder daal kar Pakale  .

aakhir mein pliter mein nikaal lemoo ka ras ke sath saro karen .
