saabit masoor, aur chawal allag allag chaar ghantay ke liye bigho den aur garnder mein daal kar is ka paste banalen .
phir namak shaamil kar dein aur raat bhar ke liye rakh den taakay khameer peda ho jaye .
daidh khanay ka chamach amezah le kar usay ڈوسا tayyar karne walay taway par philayin aur is ke kinaroon par tail chidak den. sunehri honay par taway se utaar len aur is ke darmain mein do khanay ke chamach filling wala amezah rakh kar fold karlen .
phir thora sa makhan laga kar aik so saath centi grade par oven mein paanch minute tak back karen .
filling ke liye : filling ke liye hari mirch, gaajar, chakandar, mutter, aalo aur French benz ko bareek coat len .
phir usay thoray se pani mein namak aur haldi shaamil karkay galnay tak pakayen .
chhaan kar is amezay ko allag rakh den aur aik bartan mein aik chaay ka chamach tail daal kar is mein pyaaz, adrak, lahsun aur hari mirch bhon len aur sath hi is par namak haldi aur garam masalha bhi chidak den .
