hara dhaniya aik gahti ( bareek kata ) ( fresh coriander 1 bunch finely crushed )
bread karmaz aik packet ( bread crumbs 1 packet )
laal mirch aik chaye ka chamach ( pissi hui ) ( red chili powder 1 tsp )
kaali mirch aik chaye ka chamach ( KATI hui ) ( black pepper powder 1 tsp )
Soya Sauce do khanay ke chamach ( soy sauce 2 tbsp )
chawal ka aatta teen khanay ke chamach ( rice flour 3 tbsp )
tail hsbِ zaroorat ( oil as required )
namak hsbِ zayega ( salt to taste )

pehlay ublay hue aluon ( boiled potatoes ) ko chheel ( peel ) kar kantay ki madad se Kuchal ( crush ) len .
ab double roti ke slice ( bread slices ) ke kinare kaat kar thoray pani mein Soya Sauce ( soy sauce ) ke sath bigho ( soak ) den .
phir inhen achi terhan mash ( mesh ) karkay chhalni mein daba daba kar pani nikaal den .
ab is mein aalo milaain ( mix ) aur phir namak, pissi laal mirch, hara dhaniya, hari mirch, chawal ka aatta aur kaali mirch shaamil karkay chhootay chhootay rolz ( small rolls ) banayen .
is ke baad rolz ( rolls ) ko anday ki safedi mein deep ( dip ) karkay bread karmaz ( bread crumbs ) lagayen .
