medah aik piyali
namak hasb zaroorat
murghi ya gaaye ka qeema aadha klov
haldi aik chaye ka chamach

( adrak do khanay ke chamach ﴿barik kati hui
( lahsun ke juye chaar Adad ﴿barik katay hue
( laal mirch aik khanay ka chamach ﴿peesi hui
kalvangi aik chaye ka chamach
( dhaniya aik khanay ka chamach ﴿sabit 
lemoo do Adad
hari mirch chaar se paanch Adad
hara dhaniya aadha garti 
tail ya ghee hasb zayega

aik tasle mein aatta, namak, medah aur tail ya ghee mila kar achi terhan goondh len .

aik karahi mein murghi ya gaaye ka qeema, namak aur haldi daal kar qeemay ka pani khushk karlen .

phir timatar, adrak, lahsun, laal mirch, kalvangi aur saabit dhaniya daal kar khoob achi terhan bhoonen aur tail daal den .

ab lemoo ka ras, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya daal kar paanch minute Dam par rakh den .

ab aik peira banayen aur rootti ki terhan bail kar darmain mein tayyar qeema thora thora phela kar rakhen .

medah thoray se pani mein mila kar kinaroon par lagayen aur oopar doosri rootti rakh kar kinare band kar den .

phir tawa garam karkay is par parathe ko dono taraf se senke len .

lakri ki madad se tail lagayen .

mazay daar achari qeema parathe tayyar hain .
