saas ke liye :

pyaaz do Adad chhootay
saabit surKh mirch chay Adad ( pani mein bheegi )
lahsun das juye
imli ka ras aadha cupp
namak chothai chaye ka chamach
cheeni aik chaye ka chamach

Tarkeeb:

daigchi mein tail garam karkay daar cheeni aur badyaan ke phool karkart phir chicken daal kar pakayen ke chicken ka rang tabdeel ho jaye .

Bilnder mein shaloota , saabit surKh mirch, lahsun, limn grass, haldi, galaye aur pani daal kar paste bana len .

paste ko chicken mein daal den, sath aik cupp coconut bhi daal den. dhaanp kar bees minute pakayen .

iss ke baad baqi coconut Malik bhi daal den aur aik ghanta halki aanch par pakayen. khayaal rahay chicken bohat gala ho lekin tootay nahi .

saas ke liye : tail garam karkay aik pyaaz halka brown karen .

blinder mein aik pyaaz, saabit surKh mirch, lahsun aur aadha cupp pani daal kar Pewari bana len .

brown ki pyaaz mein پیوری daal den, phir is mein imli ka ras, namak aur cheeni daal kar aِtna pakayen ke gaarhi saas tayyar ho jaye .

chicken ko srong plate mein nikalen, ublay chawal aur saas ke sath paish karen .
