sab se pehlay beef gosht le len aur is mein adrak lahsun paste aur haldi daal kar usay Boil karle taakay gosht ki bsand khatam ho jaye aur gosht Gul jaye aur uska pani bhi tayyar ho jaye .
ab pain mein ghee garam karen aur pyaaz ko adrak aur lahsun ke pani se fry karen. phir is mein laal mirch powder, kasmiri mirch powder, namak aur beef gosht ka pani shaamil karen aur Bohnntee jayen .
thori der baad beef gosht bhi shaamil kar dein .
phir malmal ke kapray mein sonf, Shah zeera, kaali mirch, kaali alaichi, sonth, loung aur hari alaichi daal kar usay bandh kar shaamil kar den .
ab laal aatta chaar khanay ke chamach ke barabar le kar pani mein ghol len aur nehari mein shaamil kar dein .
ab aanch halki kar den aur usay mazeed pakayen .
phir malmal ke kapray ki theli nikaal len aur nehari ko dam par rakh den .
aakhir mein dhaniya chhrhk kar garnishing kar len aur sath hi plate mein adrak, hari mirchain aur lemoo saja kar paish karen .
Dehli khaas nehari nashtay ke liye tayyar hai .
