Aloo Ka Paratha
Ajzaa:
gandum ka aatta arhhayi so gram ( wheat flour 250 gm )
aalo aik cupp ( ubaal kar kachla sun-hwa ) ( potatoes 1 cup boiled )
namak aik chothai chaye ka chamach ( salt ¼ tsp )
laal mirch aadha chaye ka chamach ( KATI hui ) ( red chili ½ tsp crushed )
hara dhaniya aik khanay ka chamach ( kata sun-hwa ) ( coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped )
hari mirch do Adad ( kati hui ) ( green chilies 2 chopped )
zeera aadha chaye ka chamach ( parhe kar pissa sun-hwa ) ( cumin ½ tsp roasted and crushed )
Aloo Ka Paratha Banane ka Tareeka:

gandum ka aatta pani ke sath goondh ( knead ) len aur tees minute ke liye ( 30 mints ) rakh den .
aik pyaale ( bowl ) mein aalo, namak, laal mirch, hara dhaniya, hari mirch aur zeera daal kar achi terhan mِks ( mix ) kar dein .
ab do ke do Barhe bana kar paanch inch ( 5” ) ki golai mein roti bail len .
aik roti par ghee lagayen aur is par thora sa khushk aatta ( dry flour ) chhrhkin .
ab is mixcher ( mixture ) ko is roti mein bhar kar shellow fry ( shallow fry ) karen yahan tak ke light golden ( light brown ) ho jaien. ab inhen dish ( dish ) mein rakh kar garam garam paish karen aur isi terhan mazeed paratha banayen
