gaaye ka gosht paanch so gram
dahi aadha cupp
papeeta paste aik chothai cupp
lahsun do chaay ke chamach
adrak aik khanay ka chamach
lemoo ka ras aik khanay ka chamach
garam masalha aik khanay ka chamach
hari mirch ka paste do khanay ke chamach
( laal mirch do khanay ke chamach ﴿pisi hui
namak aik chaay ka chamach
ghee do khanay ke chamach

aik pyaale mein dahi, Papeetay ka paste, lahsun, adrak, lemoo ka ras, garam masalha, hari mirch ka paste, laal mirch aur namak daal kar mix karen .
is mixture mein gosht ko meri net karlen .
phir un kopar lagayen aur girl karen .
aakhir mein brush ki madad se ghee lagayen .
mazay daar tikka booti kachoomar ke sath saro karen .
