namak, pyaaz aur adrak ko pees kar gosht ke tukron par laga kar do ghantay ke liye rakh den .
zeera, kaali mirch, podina, hari mirchain aur barri alaichi pees kar dahi ki aadhi miqdaar mein milaain aur gosht ke tukron par laga den .
daigchi ki teh mein loving ke oopar aadhi miqdaar ghee garam karkay dalain aur gosht ki bootiyan daal den .
phir gosht ko achi terhan bhuvan len .
chawal dho kar baqiya dahi lagayen aur gosht ke oopar phela den .
daigchi ka mun aattay se band kar dein aur neechay lakrion ki aanch jala den .
