Makhmali Chicken Banane ka Tareeka:
Tarkeeb:
chicken ko do cupp pani mein ubaal kar chicken ko yakhni se bahar nikaal len .
phir yakhni mein aadha cupp doodh shaamil kar ke mix karen aur aik taraf rakh den .
aik pateeli mein ghee garam kar ke pyaaz ko fry kar len yahan taq ke rang tabdeel ho jaye .
phir zeera, adrak aur lahsun ka paste daal kar fry karkay mirch aur khushk dhaniya shaamil karen .
phir kata sun-hwa timatar aur temater panieer shaamil karkay kuch der ke liye fry karen .
ab abla sun-hwa chicken shaamil karkay achi terhan fry karlen .
phir hari mirch, namak, cheeni aur sirka daal den .
phir yakhni daal kar aik ubaal anay taq pakayen aur pani mein ghulla sun-hwa corn flour daal den .
aadha hara dhaniya daal kar achi terhan mix karen .
dish mein nikaal kar baqi harey dhaniya se Garnish karkay saro karen .
