Tareeb:
podina, hara dhaniya aur hari mirch ko grand karkay chatni tayyar karlen .
phir tail garam karkay is mein lahsun adrak ka paste aur chicken daal kar sotay karlen yahan taq ke chicken ka rang sunehra hojaye .
phir timatar shaamil kar dein aur timatar ke naram honay taq paknay den .
ab is mein namak, laal mirch powder aur zeera shaamil karkay dhaanp kar paknay den .
jab chicken Gul jaye to is mein tayyar ki hui chatni daal kar taiz aanch par astr fry karlen .
