tail garam karkay is mein pyaaz brown karen .

ab dahi mein namak, dhaniya, laal mirch, jaiphal, jawatri, haldi, zafran aur adrak lahsun ka paste daal kar mix karen aur tali pyaaz mein mila kar bhon len .

phir is mein paaya shaamil karkay khoob achi terhan bhoonen .

ab yakhni daal kar adhay ghantay halki aanch par pakayen .

phir cholha band karkay is mein garam masalha, chhoti alaichi aur kala zeera coat kar shaamil kar den .

aakhir mein usay dish mein nikaal kar hara dhaniya, hari mirch, lemoo, adrak aur podeenay se 
garnish karkay saro kar dein .
