Tarkeeb:
gosht ko dho kar saaf karlen .
ab is mein namak aur surkh mirch daal kar cholhe par rakhen .
pani bilkul nah dalain, halki aanch par paknay den .
jab gosht ka apna pani khushk ho jaye to utaar len .
ab aik matti ki handi len aur gosht is mein daal den .
tali hui pyaaz, hari mirch, hara dhaniya, podina, hari pyaaz aur dahi بلینڈر mein daal kar Bilnder kar len .
phir yeh amezah gosht mein daal den .
sath hi adrak o lahsun paste, haldi, dhaniya powder aur oil daal kar achi terhan mِks karen .
phir adhay ghantay ke liye para rehne ke baad usay halki aanch par pakayen .
jab gosht Gul jaye aur oil chore day to achi terhan bhon len .
phir saabit hari mirchain daal kar do minute Dam par rakhen .
