tail aik chothai cupp
( pyaaz do Adad ( kati hui
adrak lahsun ka paste aik khanay ka chamach
namak aik chaye ka chamach
( laal mirch aik chaye ka chamach ( pissi hui
saabit laal mirch aath Adad
dahi aik cupp
lemoo ka ras aik khanay ka chamach

Kawara aik chaye ka chamach
garam masalha aadha chaye ka chamach

Tarkeeb:

tail garam karkay is mein pyaaz ko halka sunehra karlen .

phir is mein adrak lahsun ka paste, namak aur pissi laal mirch shaamil karkay achi terhan fry kar len .

is ke baad gosht ko yakhni, saabit laal mirch aur dahi ke sath shaamil karkay das minute pakayen aur musalsal chamach chillatay rahen .

ab usay halki aanch par mazeed das minute ke liye dam par rakhen .

aakhir mein lemoo ka ras, aur garam masalha daal kar nikaal len .
