pehlay aik pateeli mein ghee dalain phir is mein saabit barri alaichi, taiz pattay, saabit laal mirch, saabit kaali mirch aur daar cheeni shaamil karkay len .

ab is mein bong ke tukre shaamil karkay golden honay taq bhoonen .

phir is mein adrak lahsun shaamil karkay do se teen minute taq bhoonen .

ab dahi phaint kar shaamil karkay mazeed do se teen minute taq bhoonen .

hasb zaroorat pani shaamil karkay bong galnay ke liye chore den .

jab bong galnay ke qareeb ho jaye to is mein pyaaz, pissa garam masalha, hari mirch aur namak shaamil karen aur achi terhan se mix karkay itna pakayen ke saalan apna tail chore day .

ab usay dish mein nikaal len .

bong do pyaza tayyar hai .
