( podina do khanay ke chamach ( kata sun-hwa
( hari pyaaz aadha cupp ( kati hui
( timatar aik Adad ( kata sun-hwa
anday do se teen Adad
garam masalha aik chaye ka chamach


Arabic Paratha Banane Ka Tareeka:

Tarkeeb:

qeemay ko pyaaz, pissi laal mirch, namak aur adrak lahsun ka paste ke sath ubaal len, yahan taq ke pani bilkul khushk ho jaye .

ab is mein hari mirch, podina, hara dhaniya, hari pyaaz aur timatar shaamil karkay aik taraf rakh den .

do ke liye : medah, aatta, namak aur cheeni ko mila kar guande aur is ke chhootey chhootey payre banakar plate ke barabar rule kar len .

phir is par ghee phela kar medah chhrhkin aur dobarah kaat kar peira banayen .

ab usay dinner plate ke size jitna bail len aur is par tayyar filling daal kar garam masalha aur pahnta sun-hwa anda oopar se daal kar doosri baili hui rootti se cover kar len .

phir usay chokor bail kar shellow fry kar len .
