aik bartan mein ghee garam karkay adrak lahsun ka paste aur chicken daal kar fry karen .
phir is mein pissi laal mirch, namak, nehari masalha aur thora sa pani daal kar achi terhan bhon len .
is mein chay cupp garam pani shaamil karen aur dhak kar tees minute pakayen .
medah aur gandum ka aatta chhaan kar thoray se pani mein paste banalen .
is paste ko bhi nehari mein shaamil karen aur musalsal chamach chillate rahen .
usay dhak kar pandrah minute pakayen yahan taq ke ghee oopar aajay .
aakhir mein usay slice mein kati adrak, kati hari mirch, hara dhaniya, lemoo ke tukre aur garam garam nan ke sath paish karen .
nehari masalha ke liye :
garander mein daar cheeni, kaali alaichi, hari alaichi, kaali mirch, sonf, bhunay chuney, khashkhaash, kachri powder, loving, jawatri, pissi sonth aur pissi laal mirch daal kar achi terhan pees len .
ab usay sun-hwa band dabbay mein bhar ke rakh den aur hsbِ zaroorat istemaal karen .
