pehlay karahi mein chaar se paanch khanay ke chamach tail garam karkay pyaaz ko khoob achi terhan se laal kar len .
phir is mein adrak lahsun ka paste aur bakray ka gosht shaamil karkay itna bhoonen ke gosht ka rang tabdeel ho jaye aur pani khushk ho jaye .
phir is mein loving, hari alaichi, timatar ka paste aur dahi shaamil karkay aik se do minute taq chalayein .
ab is mein pissa garam masalha, pissi laal mirch, namak aur pani shaamil karkay dhak kar paknay ke liye chore den .
pachees se tees minute baad jab gosht Gul jaye to badam aur hara dhaniya shaamil karkay dish mein nikalen .
kati hui adrak oopar se daal kar saro karen .
