aik daigchi mein bakray ka gosht, daidh piyali garam pani, pyaaz, adrak lahsun ka paste, aik chai ka chamach haldi, laal mirch aur namak daal kar paknay ke liye rakh den .
ab maithi ka saag achi terhan dhokr aadha chai ka chamach haldi ke sath das minute ke baad nikalen .
jab gosht ka pani khushk ho jaye to usay halka sa bhuvan kar tail, maithi aur hari mirch daal kar bhuvan len .
is ke baad garam masalha aur makhan shaamil karkay das minute ke liye Dam par rakh den .
phir mazay daar maithi gosht saaday chaawlon ke sath saro karen .
