Ajzaa:

gosht barri bootiyan aik klov ( chaanp ya path )
soha soos do khanay ke chamach
safaid sirka do khanay ke chamach
gosht galanay ka powder aik khanay ka chamach
namak aur kaali mirch hsbِ zayega
dahi aik piyali
lemoo do Adad ( ras nikaal len )
makhan aik so gram
Malkane aadha pao
anday teen Adad
ko king oil aik piyali


Makhna gosht Banane ka Tareeka:

Tarkeeb:

gosht ki bootion ko belan se coat kar chipta kar len ( ab tamam ajzaa siwaye cooking oil ) un bootion par lagaakar teen se chaar ghantay ( 3 thisishypenhere 4 hour ) ke liye fridge mein rakh den .

baad mein stem ( steam ) day kar galye  yani perssure ( pressure cooker ) mein pani dalain pani ke andar thora sa dahi aur namak daal den .

aur kisi sorakhon wali lohay ya silver ki chhalni ko is kukkar ke andar ulta rakh kar is ke oopar gosht rakh den .

phir taqreeban saat se das minute ( 7 thisishypenhere 10 mins ) galnay den .

jab kukkar mein bootiyan pick jayen to inhen thanda karen phir un ke oopar chhuri ( knife ) se achi terhan makhan ( butter ) laga den aur Maklne le kar un ke kalay hissay utaar den aur inhen bareek pees ( grind ) len .

tenu anday phaint len .

ab karahi mein cooking oil ( cooking oil ) garam karen phir bootion par Maklne ki teh laga kar andon mein ( dip ) karkay fry ( fry ) karna shuru kar dein .

achi terhan fry ( fry ) kar nay ke baad nikaal len. mazedar Maklne gosht tayyar hain .
