adrak lahsun paste aik khanay ka chamach
( khushk dhaniya aik khanay ka chamach ( saabit
( zeera aik khanay ka chamach ( saabit
garam masalha powder aik khanay ka chamach
kaali mirch powder aik khanay ka chamach
hara dhaniya aadhi gahti
lemoo ka ras do khanay ke chamach
namak daidh chaye ka chamach

Masala Gosht Banane ka Tareeka :
Tarkeeb:
gaaye ke gosht ko ubaal len aur yakhni ke sath nikaal kar aik taraf rakh den .
aik pen mein tail garam karkay pyaaz ko fry karlen, yahan taq ke sunehri hojaye .
ab adrak lahsun ka paste, saabit dhaniya, laal mirch, zeera, dhaniya powder, namak aur haldi ko daal kar hilaye aur fry karlen .
phir Abla sun-hwa gosht yakhni ke sath daal kar aik ubaal anay taq pakayen .
phir temater or dahi daal kar mix karen aur paknay den yahan taq ke timatar Gul jayen .
jab pani khushk hojaye to is mein lemoo ka ras, kaali mirch, garam masalha, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya shaamil kar dein .
masalha gosht tayyar hai, dish mein nikaal kar nan ke sath saro karen .
