aik pyaale mein murghi, chinese paase hue paanch masalhay, Soya Sauce, and_h aur corn flour mila kar rakh den .

karahi mein tail garam karen aur murghi ke aik waqt mein aik tukre ko sunehri tall kar nikaal len .

saas bananay ke liye aik pyaale mein corn flour, pani, anannaas ka juice, sirka, cheeni, Soya Sauce aur tomato ketchap mila len .

daigchi mein tail garam karkay lahsun aur adrak chand skind ke liye talen aur phir hari pyaaz, shamla mirch, anannaas aur tayyar saas daal kar saas gaarha honay taq pakayen .

is mein namak, tali hui murghi aur kaali mirch shaamil karkay milaain aur dish mein nikaal kar paish karen .

note : paanch msalhon wala chinese masalha bananay ke liye pissi hui loving, pissi hui jaiphal, pissi hui daar cheeni, pissi hui sonf aur pissa sun-hwa badyaan sab aik aik chothai chaay ka chamach mila len aur hasbey zaroorat istemaal karen .
