pyaaz do Adad ( darmiyaana size )
adrak / lahsun do khanay ke chamach ( pissa sun-hwa )

Dahi Gosht Banane Ki Tareeka:
Tarkeeb:
sab se pehlay aik daigchi mein cooking oil garam karen .
pyaaz ko bareek kaat kar is tail mein tall len. pyaaz halki brown talen .
is ke baad gosht bhi dho kar is mein daal den sath hi namak aur adrak lahsun daal den .
do minute ( 2 mints ) taq bhoonen ( roast ) phir taqreeban chaar ( 4 ) glass pani gosht mein daal kar galnay ko chore den aur agar pani khushk ho jaye aur gosht nah gilaay to thora sa pani daal den .

jab dahi ka pani bhi khushk ho jaye to baqi ki saabit hari mirchon ko darmiyan mein se kat laga kar gosht mein daal den .
halki aanch par mazeed das minute ( 10 mins ) pakayen. jab tail oopar aajay to oopar se pissa sun-hwa garam masalha daal den .
salad bhi sath ho to maza dobala ho jaye ga .
