Hariyali Seekh Boti


Ajzaa:

chicken bon lais aadha klov ( chicken ½ kg boneless )
adrak aur lahsun aik chai ka chamach ( pissa sun-hwa ) ( ginger and garlic 1 tsp grind )
namak hsbِ zayega ( salt to taste )
hara dhaniya aadhi garhti ( green coriander ½ bunch )
hari mirchain teen se chaar Adad ( green chillies 3 to 4 )
safaid mirch aadha chai ka chamach ( white chilli ½ tsp )
lemoo do Adad ( lemon 2 )
dahi do khanay ke chamach ( yogurt 2 tbsp )
nariyal aik khanay ka chamach ( pissa sun-hwa ) ( coconut powder 1 tbsp )
cooking oil hsbِ zaroorat ( cooking oil as required )



Hariyali Seekh Boti Banane Ka Tareeka:


Tarkeeb:

hara dhaniya aur hari mirchon ko nariyal ke sath mila kar bareek pees ( grind ) len aur is mein namak, adrak lahsun, safaid mirchain aur dahi shaamil karkay chatni si banalen .

chicken ( chicken ) ki bootion ko is chatni se meriniat ( marinate ) karkay aik ghantay ( 1 hour ) ke liye fridge ( fridge ) mein rakh den .

girl pen ( grill pan ) ko darmiyani aanch par aath se das minute ( 8-10 mints ) garam karlen aur is mein do khanay ke chamach cooking oil ( cooking oil ) lgalin .

bootion ko pen ( pan ) mein phela kar rakhen aur darmiyani aanch par sakeen .

darmiyan mein aik se do ( 1-2 ) martaba palat len aur har martaba oopar se aik khanay ka chamach cooking oil ( cooking oil ) aur lemoo ka ras cheerkate jayen .

achi terhan sunehra honay par cholhe se utaar len .

sajawat : pyaaz ke lahcho aur lemoo ki qalasoo ke sath garam garam paish karen .
