Tarkeeb:

gosht ki bootion par namak Mil kar inhen aik taraf rakh den aur kuch der ke baad un par dahi milein .

chand minute baad isi gram ghee mein pyaaz surkh karne ke baad is mein gosht, loving, barri alaichi aur dahi daal kar bhoonen aur sath hi dalye ka pani daal den .

jab yeh pani khushk hojaye to ublay hue chaawlon ko doodh ke sath daigchi mein gosht ke oopar bichaa den .

aik taraf aalo aur mutter ke danay bhi bichaa kar daigchi ka mun aattay se band kar den aur naram aanch par Dam den .

phir is ke neechay se aag hata den aur dhaknay par angare rakh den .

chand minute baad dhaknay par aik pathar rakh kar kuch der tak Dam par rehne den .

phir cholhe se utaar len .

jab aag pateeli ke neechay se hataie jaye to yeh zurori hai ke aag Patile  ke charon taraf rakhi jaye .

aur agar chawal ka rang zard rakhna ho to aakhri marhalay par zafran daal den .
