dahi aik cupp
sirka teen khanay ke chamach
adrak, lahsun paste do khanay ke chamach
namak do chaye ke chamach
pissi laal mirch do chaye ke chamach
Bohna zeera ( kata ) do chaye ke chamach
Bohna dhaniya ( kata ) do chaye ke chamach
pissa garam masalha aik chaye ka chamach
tail aadha cupp
Raan par kat lagayen .

saaray masalhay dahi mein mix karen aur Raan par achi terhan laga den aur chay se saat ghantay meritan karen .

pressure cooker mein tail garam karkay Raan ko baari baari dono taraf se fir ayi karkay is mein aik cupp pani daal den aur pressure cooker ko band kar den aur bees minute pakayen .
 
bees minute baad ager pressure  cooker mein pani ho aur Raan Gul chuki ho to zayed pani aanch taiz karkay khushk karlen. tayyar Raan ko srong dish mein nikalen aur hari mirch, lemoo se saja ke paish karen .

( note ). agar pressure cooker mein na banana chahtay hon to kisi aur pain mein ziyada pani daal ke pakka len .

. agar Raan ka wazan ziyada ho to msalhon ki miqdaar aadha chaye ka chamach barha den .

. agar waqt kam ho to aik khanay ka chamach papeeta paste shaamil kar len .

. Raan ko masalha laga ke baol mein fawil se dhaanp kar fridge mein rakh den. aap usay chaar se paanch roz baad bhi bana satke hain .
