palaak ke pattay allag karen aur inhen daigchi mein daal kar daigchi cholhe par rakh den .
yeh –apne hi pani mein naram ho jaye to nikaal kar bareek pees len .
pyaaz ghee mein surkh karen is ke baad gosht daal kar thori der ke liye bhon len .
namak, dhaniya, laal mirch, haldi daal kar pani daal den taakay gosht Gul jaye jab gosht galnay wala hoto palaak daal den .
usay achi terhan hila kar thori der ke liye Dam day den .
jab gosht poori terhan Gul jaye to dahi daal kar achi terhan bhon len ghee choarnay par utaar len .
