daal ko thoray se pani ke sath blender mein blend karkay paste bana len .
ab usay pyaale mein nikaal kar is mein aadha safaid zeera, aadhi laal mirch aur backing powder daal kar achi terhan mix karkay better tayyar karlen .
aik karahi mein tail garam karkay is mein aik aik khanay ka chamach karkay better daal den .
aur darmiyani aanch par fry karen yahan taq ke snhrh rang aajay .
ab barray cholhe se hata kar namak, baqi laal mirch aur baqi zeera ke sath name garam pani mein bigho den .
tees minute ke liye pani mein bhega rehne den .
phir pani se nikaal kar hathelion ki madad se pani ko nichor len .
dahi ko cheeni, namak aur pani ke sath mix karlen yahan taq ke hamwar hojaye .
ab adhay dahi ke mixcher ko dish mein phela den aur oopar barray rakh den .
ab aik pain mein tail, kari pata, rai dana, maithi dana, laal mirch aur safaid zeera daal kar bighar tayyar len .
phir baqiya dahi daal den aur aakhir mein bighar laga den .
chaat masalha chidak kar saro karen .
