Masalay Dar Chaat Banane ka Traeeka 

imli ke paste ko pani mein daal kar pandrah minute ke liye ubaal len yahan taq ke aadha cupp pani reh jaye .

aik pen mein tail garam karkay is mein kari pattay, kasmiri laal mirch aur zeera daal kar do minute ke liye fry karlen .

phir pyaaz, lahsun aur adrak daal kar mazeed do minute fry karlen .

hari mirch shaamil karkay kuch der ke liye fry karen .

phir pissa dhaniya, pissa zeera, haldi powder aur namak daal kar teen se chaar minute ke liye fry karlen .

phir timatar daal kar aik ubaal anay taq pakayen .

ab chuney, tamam masalha powder, imli ka pani aur cheeni daal den .

phir dhaanp kar paanch se saat minute ke liye dam par rakh den .

srong dish mein nikaal len .

phir Papri, hara dhaniya, pyaaz aur hari mirch se garnish karkay saro karen
