Namkeen Chicken Banane ka Tarika

tarkeeb :
pehlay karahi mein tail garam kar ke adrak lahsun ka paste aur chicken ke tukron ko shaamil kar ke itna bhoonen ke chicken golden hojaye. phir is mein  hui dahi, zrde ka rang aur namak shaamil kar ke halki aanch par dam par paknay den. 8-10 minute ke baad is mein hari mirch, kati kaali mirch, tِl aur lemoo ka ras shaamil kar ‫n. aur aanch taiz kar ke do se teen minute tak mazeed bhoonen. mazedar namkeen chicken tayyar hai .
