Ajzaa:

500 klov gram chhootay cube mein chicken be kat kat
2 darmiyanay size pyaaz : bohat patli kati
1tbs adrak lahsun paste
4-5 timatar pani ko jornay ke baghair builder mein aik paste banatay hain
1tbsp jhanda / beejon ko kuchal diya
1 / 2 cupp dahi
taaza kareem : 3-4 tub
1 chamach nariyal nurse
3-4 green chillio ka kat
taaza colonel ka aik muthi patti hai
namkeen : zayega
1 tesib laal chali powder
1 / 4 taresar garmic powder
tail : jaisa ke zaroorat hai

Tareeqa :

1 ) Is mein aik tail aur bhari chicken cube mein hararat ka tail tak jab tak is ka rang aala shola par tabdeel nahi hota to bhala nahi hota, warna chicken khushk hojaye ga .

2 ) Tail se chicken ko hata den aur allag rakhen .

3 )Aik hi tail mein pyaaz aur bhrakiti shaamil karen jab tak ke is ke rang ko sunehri rang mein tabdeel karna shuru nah ho to bhuri lekin thora sa sunehri nah ho .

4 ) ungli lahsun paste mein shaamil karen aur 1 minute timatar paste qiq shaamil karen, darmiyanay shola par shaamil karen aur namak, laal chali, haldi cook shaamil karen jab tak ke sab kuch achi terhan se 2-3 minute tak mil jaye .

5 ) Dahi mein shaamil karen aur thori der tak halchal len jab tak dahi ki nami khushk hojaye aur tail ka oopar oopar lagey to agar aap ko lagta hai ke bhuri khushk hai 1 / 2 1 / 2 pani ka cupp aur usay bandhnay do. lehaza timatar aur pyaaz naram hain jaisay paste aur girwi lapait nahi hai .

6 ) Giri mein nichale hue nariyal aur chicken shaamil karen .

7 ) Tail se zahir hota hai jab tak tail zahir nahi hota aur jori mein har cheez ko achi terhan se mil kar mushtarqa jhnde hue jhnde beejon, sabz mirch aur krimin aur 2-3 minute tak khana pakana .

8 ) Sabz rang ke sath garnish aur nan ya rayeta ya  ke sath khidmat karte hain .

9 ) Agar aap ko mazeed kashish pasand hai to kareem mein shaamil honay se pehlay is mein 1 cupp chicken stock shaamil karen aur phir yeh saada chawal ke sath bhi achi terhan se chalay jayen .
