aik daigchi mein moong ki daal, masoor ki daal aur mash ki daal daal kar hasbey zaroorat pani shaamil karen .
ubaal anay par is mein namak, pissi laal mirch, haldi, timatar, sookhi Qasuri maithi aur pissa garam masalha shaamil karkay daal galaye .
