gandum ko ubaal len .
chicken ko ubaal kar raishay karlen .
palaak ubaal kar paste bana len .
pyaaz fry karkay lahsun, adrak, namak, laal mirch, haldi, garam masalha, chaat masalha, dahi shaamil karkay masalha bhoonen .
phir aُbli hui chicken, palaak ka paste aur ublay hue gandum shaamil karkay halki aanch par pakayen sath sath ghootta bhi lagayen .
qeema mein namak, kaali mirch lahsun adrak mix karkay chhootay chhootay kabaab banakar fry krinavr hrish mein shaamil karlen .
zaroorat mehsoos karen tu pani shaamil karlen .
ab tarka tayyar karkay hrish par lagayen aur adrak daal kar paish karen .
