2. sooran tail ki 3 khawateen .
3. namak ke 1. 25 table chamach .
4. mirch powder ki 2 maiz chamach ( laal mirch ka powder ) .
5?. 2 table chamach sonaak powder ( daal powder ) .
6. ½ maiz chamach saunth  powder ( adrak powder ) .
7. chaye chamach garam masla( musalihat ) .
8. 2 table chamach mahto alchi ki dean sabab ( siyah کاراموم beej ) .
9. 1 table chamach zero ( jhanda ) .
10. ½ chaye chamach hung (asafetida) .
11. 2 tea tea paiti ( bail patiyon ) .
12. 1 table chamach desi geah ( pak khhaal ) .
13. garnish karne ke liye commander ya taksaal .

Tareeqa :

aik barri katora mein mind mutton rakho. namak, mirch powder, sonf powder ( ½ maiz chamach har aik ), sonet powder ki chout, aik lais seriyao ka tail aur do chamach ka ranga rang ke beej shaamil karen .
2. mandarja zail mawaad ko milaain. ab har 35-40 gir ke mutan gaindon ( gole ya oonchai ) banayen .
3. tail ke do pain aur garmi ko garam karen. usay kam shola par rakho aur zara, hung, aur nisf kuchalnay walay laoding aur halchal dalain .
4. ab kashi brmi ka mirch shaamil karen, taqreeban 50 mili meter
