Sabz keema Anday Banane ka Tarika

Tarkeeb :

qeemay ko saaf dho kar chhalni mein rakh len, pyaaz ko bareek kaat kar rakh len aur andon ko ubaal kar chheel len. hari mirchain aur hara dhaniya bareek kaat kar rakh len .
palaak ki ko khol kara hue pani mein dalain aur teen se chaar minute baad thanday pani mein daal den. phir chhalni mein rakh kar khushk karen aur bareek phailay hue pen mein daal kar darmiyani aanch par rakhen taakay palaak ka pani khushk hojaye .
pen oil ko darmiyani aanch par garam karen aur bareek kati hui pyaaz ko sunehri fry karen .
phir is mein adrak lahsun aur qeema daal kar itni der bhoonen ke qeemay ka apna pani khushk hojaye .
laal mirch, zeera, namak aur palaak daal kar bhoonen aur sath hi aik se do ublay hue anday bhi toar kar shaamil kar dein .
achi terhan bhon kar hari mirchain aur hara dhaniya shaamil karen aur tail alehda honay par cholhe se utaar len .
garam garam dish mein nikalen, garam masalha chidak kar ublay hue andon se sajayein aur petta bread ya double roti ke sath mein maza len .
