tareeqa :

badam ko chamkana aur theek paste par peesna, phir doodh mein phelao .
kam garmi par aik uttro pain mein rakho .
kareem form ki aik mouti parat jab htayin .
kareem ki taraf se aik tukda banayen aur aahista doodh se bahar nikalu .
ab kareem ke sab se oopar doodh daalna aur bohat kam garmi ki jagah le lau .
jab taq koi doodh baqi nah ho usay dobarah .
phir kareem ko aik plate par bandh kar thandhi do .
aik geelay kapray ke sath gosht maseh .
gosht ke sath aik pastry board ko dhuwan phair len aur gosht se phair len .
golah baari ke douran, masalhay aur shery badlay se gosht aur namak ke sath chhrhkin .
